So if somebody tells YOU that you can gain muscles and create a body like a rock most probably you will not believe him. But what happens if the same person makes you PERCEIVE that you can do that. How is he going to do that? We already know the whole truth and nothing different can make us believe him. Yes that is true. But remember that PERCEPTION is related with the COMFORT ZONE we have. When a person perceive something he does not have to change his comfort zone in a way that will make him sick.
This is the case with the “MAGIC” Bells that DO what is needed to stimulate the muscle growth but without having to do it with YOUR POWER. Instead of having to move your hands to train the biceps for example just put the magic bell on your biceps and he will do it for you.
See the difference? This advertising is telling you that you have to DO something in order to achieve your goal but in a way that is comfortable for you without having to change your reality and so on.
That is why if a girl is asking you if she is special for you you do not have to tell her that she is the only girl that you have ever wanted because women KNOW that men’s nature is to close as much women as possible.
Here comes the interesting part. How to make her perceive that she is special to you.

So after you read the signals just forget them. In real situation everything is going to be perfect if you do not try to create mind iterator through the list and try to compare whit her movements.
Eyes are not just a decoration.
1) She gazes in your eyes while at the same time her head is slightly moving and if it is not too sunny her pupils are dilated. ( If a woman is only gazing in your eyes without reaction of the head and her body you’d better run away. )
2) She winks at you.
3) An eyebrow is raised in an exaggerated way while looking at you.
4) While talking to you or heading your direction she blinks more than usual, making accent on her eyelashes.

In order to make this info useful you have to know how attraction works and have the proper attitude for dealing with women.

The last case is when you see a woman you want to approach but she is not making eye contact with you. This is the fucking hardest case for beginners and medium level players. Here the 3 second rule is what will make you approach her but will not guarantee you success. Make sure when you approach the 3 second rule to not become 423423 second rule and it is very IMPORTANT after you say hello to tell her that you are there just for a second. That will kill all the discomfort.
Keep yourself in the frame that you’re just goofing around and you don’t need to do well, just as long as you do it and have fun with it. Even if you don’t get the girl, you got to practice your skill-set and learned how to do it better next time. There is NO downside!
Extra things to help you beat approach anxiety:
